Position: French-Speaking Customer Support Agent / Customer Service Representative
Location: Greece – Athens / Piraeus

Working Hours: Rotational shifts, 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
Languages: French – Fluent/Native + English B2+

Your Responsibilities
As a
French-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will:
- Provide professional customer support in French
- Communicate with customers via inbound phone, chat, and email
- Handle customer service inquiries and product-related questions
- Assist customers with purchasing decisions, orders, deliveries, returns, and cancellations
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Follow established processes, procedures, and quality standards

Requirements
- Fluent or native-level French language skills
- English B2 level or higher
