French Speaking Marketplace Customer Representative

In this role, you will be essential in providing high-quality support to our French-speaking customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience on our marketplace. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing exceptional service and support. Assist customers in navigating the marketplace, addressing their inquiries about products, prices, and order statuses. Effectively resolve any customer complaints and issues, prioritizing customer satisfaction in all interactions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system for tracking and report generation. Collaborate with other departments to share insights and feedback from customers to improve service delivery. Stay updated on marketplace developments, promotional offers, and product information to provide timely assistance to customers. Contribute to team meetings and training sessions, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Fluency in French and English, with exceptional communication skills in both languages. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools for efficient communication. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. A self-motivated individual who can work independently and collaboratively with a team. Positive demeanor and enthusiasm for enhancing customer experiences.
