French-speaking Order Management Specialist

Our leading IT provider partner company is looking for a French speaking Order Management Specialist in Budapest.

Main responsibilities:

• Order tracking, resolution of issues and queries
• Daily communication with customers, vendors and other departments
• Process orders, participate in pricing and invoicing
• Contribution to maintain and increase the customer satisfaction level

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Fluency in French and English
• 1-2 years' experience in order management or logistics or buying or customer service
• Customer centered mindset and excellent communication skills
