Stay well-informed of the latest products, services, and promotions to provide accurate and relevant guidance to customers. Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably with VIP clients. Exceptional communication and relationship management skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
