Front Office Support (f/m/d) Join Axpo in Brussels and support the energy business with strong coordination, customer focus, and collaboration across Europe. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, regulatory compliance, and efficient business support processes. What you will do: Support the Belgian Front Office team with customer onboarding, invoicing, reporting, and daily operations Coordinate KYC processes, maintain client information, and manage contract documentation in internal systems Prepare and send standardized agreements and support contract lifecycle management Act as the main contact person for customer onboarding via the customer portal Support regulatory reporting activities and collaborate with Legal & Compliance on monitoring requirements Identify and implement process improvements related to onboarding, invoicing, and contract management What you bring & who you are: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and experience in business support or administration Experience working with contracts, reporting, or operational support; ideally in the energy sector Professional communication skills in English, French, and Dutch; German is an advantage Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and confidence working with different IT systems Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently Team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in an international environment About the team: You will join a collaborative and international team working closely with colleagues in Belgium and Switzerland.
