About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Frontend Developer (w/m/d) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the continuous development and enhancement of our web and mobile products. Your expertise will help shape the future of our SaaS platform by integrating cutting-edge frontend technologies into a scalable architecture. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including backend, product management, and design, to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the technical direction of our products, contribute to innovative features, and ensure optimal performance and usability across platforms.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience as a frontend developer, particularly with React, ideally within SaaS or product-oriented environments. You should possess strong proficiency in TypeScript and React, including hooks, state management, and performance optimization. Experience with React Native or a keen interest in mobile development is highly valued. A solid understanding of modern frontend architectures and clean software design patterns is essential. Familiarity with API integration using REST or GraphQL is advantageous. You should demonstrate a proactive and structured working style with a high commitment to quality. Proficiency in German at C1 level and excellent English skills are required. Additional desirable skills include experience with AWS-related frontend topics such as authentication, CDN, and monitoring, as well as familiarity with design systems or component libraries. Experience in fast-paced startup or rapidly growing product environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
Your core responsibilities will include the ongoing development and optimization of our web and mobile applications built with React and React Native. You will be tasked with designing and implementing new features with a focus on performance, maintainability, and user experience. Active participation in shaping the frontend architecture, design systems, and best practices is expected. Maintaining high code quality through reviews, testing, and adherence to standards will be a key aspect of your role.
