Our client is a growing SaaS company that helps large enterprises improve the UX of their web systems through browser extensions and JavaScript snippets. The company is also actively integrating generative AI to enhance both its products and development processes.

About the Role

We are looking for a Front End Engineer with strong React and TypeScript experience to help develop and evolve products used across a wide range of web services.

You will have the opportunity to work with modern frontend technologies, browser APIs, and generative AI while contributing to product specifications and technical decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop frontend features using React and TypeScript
• Build scripts and browser extensions for Chrome, Edge, Safari, and other modern browsers
• Improve development efficiency through generative AI and automation
• Participate in Scrum-based agile development
• Work with business and design teams to continuously improve the product
• Proactively propose specifications and solutions
• Write automated tests and maintain high-quality code

Tech Stack

TypeScript, JavaScript, React, HTML5, CSS, Nx, Storybook, Vite, Webpack, SWC, Jest, Playwright, Go, GitHub, CI/CD

Requirements

Must Have:

• 3+ years of web application development and maintenance experience
• Professional experience with TypeScript and React
• Experience with HTML5 and CSS
• Experience writing test code
• Strong interest in new technologies, including generative AI, and applying engineering principles to both products and development processes
• Business-level or fluent Japanese

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Scrum or agile development
• Deep understanding of browser internals, including rendering, event handling, DOM, browser engines, and parsers
• Server-side development experience in any programming language
