The Role

We're looking for a Frontend Engineer who loves building beautiful, fast and intuitive products to join HirroBase on an initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

You'll work closely with Product and Engineering to turn ideas into polished user experiences. Beyond writing code, you'll influence how customers experience HirroBase every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Build fast, responsive and delightful user experiences with React and Next.js.
• Turn product ideas into clean, maintainable frontend code.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end features.
• Own features from implementation through deployment and continuous improvement.
• Improve usability, performance and overall product quality.
• Help shape reusable UI components and frontend best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and continuously raise the quality bar.
• Iterate quickly based on customer feedback and product priorities.
  
  

The Requirements

Must Haves

• Strong experience building production applications with React and Next.js.
• Solid JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS skills.
• Experience integrating REST APIs.
• Good understanding of responsive design and modern frontend architecture.
• Ability to write clean, scalable and maintainable code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• A strong sense of ownership. You don't wait to be told every next step.

• Experience building products in an early-stage startup.
• Experience shipping products from 0→1.
• Experience building AI-powered or data-intensive applications.
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, component libraries and design systems.
• Experience with Figma, GitHub and modern CI/CD workflows.
