Frontend Team Lead ( Remote | $3,000/month) We are seeking a Frontend Team Lead with expert-level experience in Vue.js to guide our frontend development and help build scalable, high-performance web applications. You will lead frontend architecture decisions, mentor the development team, and take ownership of key technical and product improvements. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of scalable frontend applications using Vue.js Guide architecture decisions and set technical direction for the frontend team Develop reusable components and shared frontend libraries Optimize application performance and responsiveness Collaborate closely with UI/UX, backend, and product teams Review code, run pairing sessions, and mentor mid-level and junior developers Integrate APIs and third-party services Lead architecture and technical discussions, breaking down complex features into tasks Ensure application quality through testing, debugging, and code review standards Required Skills 5+ years of frontend development experience Expert-level proficiency in Vue.js, with recent hands-on experience in a current or recent role Recent experience working alongside React and Nuxt.js Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript Solid experience with the broader Vue.js ecosystem Experience with state management tools Strong understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous programming Experience with responsive and cross-browser development Familiarity with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines Deep understanding of frontend performance optimization Proven experience leading or mentoring a frontend team Strong communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Vitest, Cypress) Familiarity with Chrome Extension Experience with component libraries and design systems Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) Experience working in Agile product teams Exposure to cloud platforms and deployment workflows What We Offer 100% remote, full-time position $3,000/month Real ownership and impact — shape frontend architecture from a leadership level
