Job Title: Fulfilment Process Analyst Location: Cambridge or London, hybrid Employment Type: full-time The job The Fulfilment Process Analyst is responsible for supporting continuous improvement, governance, and operational excellence across the end‑to‑end fulfilment processes. The role ensures process efficiency, high‑quality execution, consistent documentation, and effective stakeholder engagement to support smooth business‑as‑usual (BAU) operations and strategic transformation initiatives. Key responsibilities Process Improvement Execution BAU Change Requests (CRs) Change Management Process Documentation Update Engagement with the Training Team Essential requirements Analysis and problem solving Experience with change management, process governance, or continuous improvement programs is an advantage. Ability to influence and collaborate across cross‑functional teams. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. Comfortable operating in fast‑paced environments with multiple priorities. Desired skills Experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).
