Full Stack AI Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll contribute to AI-powered product features, working across both backend and frontend systems. This is your opportunity to work alongside senior engineers, growing your skills while contributing to how AI functionality is built and validated.

What You'll Do:

- Contribute to features including agent integrations and supporting API services.

- Help build RAG pipelines and integrate LLMs into product features.

- Support evaluation of AI behavior to help ensure quality.

- Help build and maintain frontend interfaces using React with TypeScript.

- Collaborate with senior engineers, surfacing blockers and asking for help when needed.

What we are looking for:

- Experience in Python.

- Familiarity with LLM integration and RAG pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, or similar tools.

- Understanding of LLM evaluation concepts.

- Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.

- Working proficiency with React and TypeScript.

- Experience with retrieval over structured and unstructured data.

- Prompt engineering skills.

- Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Nice to have:

- Experience with vector search and embedding strategy.

- Experience with container orchestration and microservices.

- Familiarity with CI/CD and service observability.

- Security mindset, including secure coding practices.
