We are not building just another cloud kitchen or food delivery platform.

Our vision is to build a technology-driven nutrition ecosystem that combines personalized nutrition, healthy food subscriptions, AI-powered recommendations, smart manufacturing, and lifestyle coaching into one seamless platform. Through our flagship 90-Day Transformation Program, we aim to help individuals achieve sustainable health outcomes using food as medicine.

As a Full-Stack App Developer, you will be responsible for building and scaling the complete technology ecosystem that powers Kefilo's products, operations, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Product Development

• Design, develop, and maintain the complete Kefilo technology platform, including the mobile application, web platform, admin dashboard, kitchen management system, nutritionist portal, customer portal, and future B2B solutions.
• Build scalable and secure features for onboarding, subscriptions, meal planning, nutrition tracking, order management, payments, referrals, notifications, and customer engagement.
  
  

Backend & System Architecture

• Develop robust backend services, RESTful APIs, authentication systems, databases, cloud infrastructure, and microservices architecture.
• Ensure scalability, security, performance, and reliability as the platform grows across multiple cities and partners.
• Build integrations with payment gateways, logistics providers, wearable devices, AI services, CRM platforms, WhatsApp APIs, and third-party healthcare systems.
  
  

AI & Data Integration

• Collaborate with AI engineers and data scientists to integrate personalized nutrition recommendations, meal optimization, customer analytics, and predictive insights.
• Develop APIs and infrastructure that support AI-driven nutrition and transformation journeys.
  
  

Operations & Kitchen Technology

• Build technology solutions for kitchen operations, production planning, inventory management, order fulfillment, delivery tracking, quality monitoring, and contract manufacturing partners.
• Develop dashboards for operations, customer support, business intelligence, and performance monitoring.
  
  

Product Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, nutritionists, chefs, food scientists, designers, and business teams to translate business requirements into scalable digital products.
• Participate in sprint planning, technical architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.
  
  

DevOps & Security

• Manage cloud deployment, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, backups, logging, and infrastructure automation.
• Implement secure coding practices, data protection, role-based access control, and application security to protect customer and business data.
  
  

Who Should Apply?

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in building and deploying full-stack web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of scalable application architecture, APIs, databases, cloud services, and modern development practices.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership of products from idea to deployment.
• Previous startup experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Develop kitchen and production management dashboards.
• Build APIs for AI-powered nutrition recommendations and customer analytics.
• Improve application performance, security, scalability, and deployment pipelines.

Equity-Based Opportunity

This is an equity-only founding team role.

There is no fixed salary during the initial bootstrapping phase. Compensation will be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization.

Our Onboarding Process Includes

• 3–4 strategic discussions with the founder.
• A 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate technical expertise, ownership, and execution.
• Long-term founding team agreement.
• Equity allocation based on contribution, expertise, and long-term commitment.
• A 5-year vesting structure for all core founding members.
  
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2–5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Experience building and launching production-grade mobile applications.
• Strong GitHub profile or portfolio with live applications.
• Experience working in startups or building products from scratch.
• Bonus if you have worked on HealthTech, FoodTech, NutritionTech, SaaS, AI-powered products, or e-commerce platforms.
