We are looking for a talented Full-stack Developer to join us and help shape the future of our clients' technological landscape. What will you do As a key member of our expert team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our international insurance clients' IT teams, tackling their most complex challenges. Your responsibilities will include: Designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end software solutions, spanning both Frontend (user interfaces) and Backend (server-side logic and APIs). Driving the development and launch of new products and features, from concept to deployment, ensuring they meet high standards of quality and performance. Upgrading and modernizing existing IT environments to align with best practice guidelines, enhance security, and improve scalability. Building and maintaining robust cloud environments, leveraging leading cloud platforms and services to optimize infrastructure and operations. Participating actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle – from architectural design and coding to testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Working with a diverse technology stack, applying best practices for performance, reliability, and maintainability. Providing expert technical guidance and mentorship to client teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. What are we looking for We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive individual with a strong passion for technology and a desire to make a significant impact. If you possess: Extensive experience in full-stack software development, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects. Deep knowledge and practical experience with: Frontend: TypeScript / JavaScript and expertise in at least one leading framework – React or Angular. Backend: Java and Spring Boot. Databases: Strong experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL / MySQL and/or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB. DevOps: Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines. Demonstrable experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) – designing, deploying, and managing cloud-native applications and infrastructure. Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and adapt to new challenges effectively. Excellent communication, consulting, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and internal teams.
