About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Developer (m/f/d) to join our Professional Services team in Landshut, Germany, on a hybrid work basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating customer requirements into sustainable, customized software solutions within our CRM and xRM platforms. Your responsibilities will involve developing new features, extending existing functionalities, and integrating third-party systems, all while ensuring high-quality code and optimal system performance. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on complex technical challenges, leverage AI-supported development tools, and contribute directly to customer success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, analysts, and other developers, to deliver innovative solutions that meet real-world needs.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have at least five years of practical experience in software development, with a proven track record in full-stack development following their degree or vocational training. You should possess a comprehensive understanding of front-end, back-end, and database topics, with strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases. Proficiency in at least one modern programming language is required, with knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript considered a plus. Daily work involving APIs, interfaces, and system integrations should be familiar to you. You should be comfortable with testing, debugging, and structured error analysis, and actively use AI-powered development tools to support your workflow. A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work is essential, especially when dealing with legacy or existing system landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Implement customer requirements into tailored and sustainable software solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop custom extensions and functionalities for our CRM and xRM platforms to enhance user experience and system capabilities.
- Analyze, debug, and optimize existing applications to improve performance and reliability.
- Design and maintain interfaces to third-party systems, ensuring seamless integration and data exchange.
- Evaluate technical requirements, realistically assess effort and complexity, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Conduct code reviews to uphold high standards of software quality and maintainability.
- Mentor and provide technical support to less experienced developers, fostering team growth and knowledge sharing.
- Actively incorporate and further develop AI-supported development processes to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
