About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full-Stack Developer to join our innovative development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in translating complex business logic into intuitive, high-performance user interfaces and robust backend systems. Your work will directly impact the development of SOCCAMATRIX, our emerging digital operating system that consolidates the core functionalities of our services into a single, scalable platform. You will collaborate closely with product owners, external technical partners, and internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable software solutions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a greenfield project from its inception, shaping the future of our digital ecosystem and contributing to the growth of the SOCCA GROUP worldwide.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer with strong proficiency in both frontend and backend development, capable of working across the entire application stack.
- Initial experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS, focusing on building maintainable, type-safe, and modular backend and full-stack applications within a domain-driven architecture.
- Solid practical knowledge of modern frontend development for customer portals, admin interfaces, dashboards, and internal tools.
- Backend experience with API development, data modeling, validation, authorization, and system integrations.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL for transactional data management, relational modeling, migrations, and optimized query design.
- Understanding of API-first development principles, including REST contracts, versioned endpoints, and clear separation between frontend and backend responsibilities, embedded within a modular cloud architecture (Azure).
- Structured and meticulous working style with a focus on scalability and maintainability.
- Enthusiasm to contribute to a small, growing tech team from the outset, with a proactive attitude toward innovation.
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Motivation to grow with the company, regardless of career stage, with the level of responsibility adapted to your experience.
Responsibilities
- Implementing user-facing frontend interfaces and components based on the SOCCAMATRIX logic, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Developing and maintaining admin dashboards for internal teams to manage platform functionalities efficiently.
- Supporting API development, data modeling, and system integrations in close collaboration with our external technical partners.
- Engaging with product owners and external teams to translate business requirements into performant and reliable software solutions.
- Participating in the growth and structuring of our internal development team, fostering best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Contributing to testing, debugging, refining, and documenting the applications to ensure high quality and maintainability.
