In addition to client engagements, IMANT Group develops internal software products designed to address broader operational needs. These initiatives may include multi-tenant platforms, project and client management, reporting tools, workflow management solutions, billing and service-request platforms, and other scalable software products.

The Role

We're looking for a full-stack developer who can take ownership of features end-to-end: from translating requirements into architecture, through frontend and backend implementation, to testing and deployment.

You'll contribute to active client projects and the continued development of internal products, including multi-tenant platforms, reporting tools, and billing platforms.

What You'll Do

• Design and build full-stack features across client and internal projects

• Develop responsive frontends using React, Next.js, and TypeScript

• Build and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Node.js, Python/Django, or comparable technologies

• Design and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

• Implement authentication, role-based permissions, notifications, and workflow logic

• Integrate third-party services (payment processors, email platforms, scheduling tools, etc.)

• Deploy and manage applications across development, staging, and production environments using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud hosting

• Test your own work thoroughly before submitting it for review

• Write clean, documented, maintainable code

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in full-stack software development.
• Proficiency with React, Next.js, or a comparable frontend framework.
• Experience with at least one backend technology, such as Node.js, Python, or Django.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases, such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience developing and integrating APIs.
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, user roles, permissions, and data validation.
• Experience using Git and GitHub for version control and collaboration.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues across frontend, backend, database, and API layers.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or hosting environments and deployment practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
