Full Stack Developer

Role: Full Stack Engineer- Java + React Experience: 5+ Years Location: ALL EXL Locations Work Mode: Hybrid Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer who can design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both backend and frontend technologies, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain both front-end user interfaces and back-end server-side logic. Development of RESTful APIs and microservices using Java frameworks (Spring Boot, JPA, Hibernate, etc.) Implement responsive frontends using JavaScript/Typescript. Manage scalable database schemas (SQL/NoSQL) and ensure efficient data storage and retrieval Improve application speed and scalability through code refactoring, caching, and front-end optimization Write and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure high software reliability and security Partner with designers and product managers to turn wireframes and requirements into functional, production-ready code Must Have: Very strong experience with React and Java Experience building RESTful APIs (pagination, filtering, versioning, error handling). Understanding of microservices architecture and service-to-service communication. Ability to handle large data payloads, async processing, and batch vs real-time patterns. Knowledge of authentication & authorization (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC). Hands on SQL experience.
