Job Summary Full Stack Developer with strong backend and frontend experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications. hands-on experience across multiple programming languages, databases, and cloud technologies, particularly AWS services such as S3, Lambda, and Glue. Responsible for building end-to-end applications, user interface, server-side logic, automations, and database systems. Functions & Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications (frontend + backend) Build and enhance APIs and backend services using PHP, Python, C#, or Java Develop responsive UI using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Work with relational databases like SQL Server and MySQL for data storage and retrieval Implement cloud-based solutions using AWS services (S3, Lambda, Glue, etc.) Automate processes using PowerShell or scripting tools Integrate third-party services and APIs Optimize application performance, scalability, and security Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment cycles Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions Qualifications Qualifications Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of full-stack development experience Required Skills & Technologies Programming Languages : PHP, Python, Java, C# , JavaScript Frontend: HTML, CSS ,JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue – optional but preferred) Backend: REST API development , Server-side frameworks (Django, Node.js, Spring Boot, .NET – any) Database : SQL Server, MySQL ,Strong SQL and data modeling skills Cloud / DevOps : AWS basics (S3, Lambda, Glue, EC2) ,CI/CD understanding ,Version control (Git) Scripting / Automation : PowerShell (required) ,Shell/Python scripting (plus) Nice to Have Experience with AWS Glue ETL jobs or data pipelines Experience building serverless applications Exposure to healthcare, fintech, or enterprise systems Other Skills Strong problem-solving and debugging ability Understanding of software architecture and design patterns Knowledge of security best practices (authentication, encryption, etc.) Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Key Competencies End-to-end ownership of applications Ability to work across multiple tech stacks Strong communication and collaboration skills Attention to performance, scalability, and reliability Experience with ETL pipelines and data ingestion Experience integrating with systems like Salesforce or DocuSign Experience building reporting/automation workflows Physical & Working Environment.
