We are looking for:

Full-Stack Developer – AI-Enabled Applications | 3–5 Years

Location: Mexico/ LATAM - Remote

Duration: Long Term

Role Summary

The Full-Stack Developer will work within product engineering teams to develop and enhance web-based applications and integrate AI-enabled capabilities into existing products and services. The role requires solid full-stack engineering skills with practical exposure to LLM-based services, data-intensive applications, and geospatial technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot and React or Angular.
• Design and integrate REST APIs and microservices.
• Develop Python components/scripts for AI, data and service integrations.
• Integrate LLM/AI services into application workflows, including structured responses, RAG and tool/function calling.
• Support integration with agent-based services and MCP-based interfaces where applicable.
• Work with relational, vector and graph-oriented data sources.
• Develop application features involving geospatial data, maps, location data and spatial queries.
• Build and deploy services on AWS using containerized/cloud-native environments.
• Develop unit, API and integration tests and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot application, integration and production issues.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs and microservices.
• React or Angular with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Python working knowledge.
• SQL/PostgreSQL and data modelling fundamentals.
• AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and Git/CI-CD.
• Practical exposure to LLM APIs and AI-enabled application development.
• Understanding of RAG, embeddings/vector search and agent/tool integration.
• Familiarity with geospatial data/APIs, GeoJSON and spatial queries.

Desirable

• PostGIS or similar spatial database.
• Neo4j, Amazon Neptune or other graph databases.
• MCP and agent integration experience.
• Aviation, transportation, logistics or other location/data-intensive product experience.
