As a Full Stack Developer (Rails), you will lead the development of robust web applications by owning the Rails backend and integrating it with modern frontend frameworks. You will connect high-performance server-side logic with intuitive user interfaces to deliver seamless digital experiences.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop scalable backend architectures using Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL.
• Build and maintain dynamic, responsive frontends using React, TypeScript, or Vue.
• Implement comprehensive test suites with RSpec to ensure application reliability and code quality.
• Manage and optimize asynchronous processing and background jobs to enhance system performance.
• Oversee application deployment on AWS and maintain infrastructure consistency across environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into production-ready software solutions.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Full Stack development.
• Proven expertise in building and maintaining web applications using Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in developing modern front-end interfaces with React and TypeScript.
• Strong experience managing relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of asynchronous processing and deploying applications to AWS.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
