Join Associated Bank as a Full-Stack Developer Senior to design and deliver high-impact web and mobile applications that power client experiences. You’ll solve complex problems, lead development efforts, and help shape modern engineering practices. Key Accountabilities Provide application software development services typically in a defined project. Develop program logic for new applications or analyze and modify login in existing applications. Analyze requirements and translate them into efficient, maintainable code and system improvements. Test, debug, and optimize applications to ensure performance, accessibility, and quality standards. Design and develop scalable, reliable web applications aligned with enterprise architecture and API strategy. Lead development efforts on complex, high-impact projects from concept through deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to integrate new technologies and solutions. Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative, agile engineering culture. Explore and apply modern technologies, frameworks, and best practices to enhance solutions. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Technology, Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or related field (required) Required: 8+ years of experience developing or designing web, mobile, or desktop applications Strong expertise in component-based architecture and user-centered design principles Designs, codes, tests, debugs, documents, and implements applications using a variety of languages and platforms such as C#, VB .NET, React/React Native, Java, C, C++, Python, PHP, JavaScript, SQL, Scala, Objective-C and Swift. Mastery of basic web (HTML/CSS/CSS Preprocessors). Expertise with advanced web (JavaScript – Node, React, Angular, build tools).
