Opportunity Overview

Our client is a full-service digital marketing agency delivering web design, development, and digital marketing for national and global brands as well as SMEs. They are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to build and maintain client websites and serve as a dependable, client-facing delivery partner across a busy pipeline of live projects

Role Description

As a Full-Stack Developer, you will build and maintain client websites across WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify, translating creative team designs into polished, functional sites. You will own web development requests from start to finish, proactively surfacing blockers and progress updates instead of waiting to be chased. You will also apply AI and vibe-coding tools for ad hoc dashboard builds and rapid prototyping, helping clients move quickly while keeping quality high across every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Development - Build and maintain client websites across WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify to a high standard.
• Client-Facing Delivery - Own web development requests, proactively flagging blockers and sharing progress without being chased.
• Design Handover - Take Figma designs from the creative team and build them out accurately
• Rapid Prototyping - Use AI and vibe-coding tools for ad hoc dashboards and client prototypes.
• Ongoing Maintenance - Maintain and update existing client websites reliably on a continuous basis.

Minimum Qualifications

• WordPress Expertise - High proficiency building and maintaining professional websites in WordPress.
• Webflow Proficiency - Strong hands-on experience developing and maintaining Webflow websites.
• Shopify Proficiency - Proven ability building and maintaining Shopify stores end to end.
• Client Communication - Strong written and verbal client-facing communication, proactive and confident owning deadlines.
• Western Client Experience - Demonstrable experience working with UK or US clients or agencies.

Bonus Qualifications

• Figma Design - Ability to take on front-end design work in Figma, not just build to spec.
• Vibe-Coding Tools - Proficiency with rapid-build tools such as Lovable, Replit or Base44.
