Job Title: Remote Full-Time Full-Stack Developer (Node.js & React)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer proficient in Node.js and React to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development principles and practices, along with experience in both front-end and back-end technologies. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.

4. Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

5. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

6. Implement security and data protection measures.

7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and propose innovative solutions.

8. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.

9. Work closely with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs.

10. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

11. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance and support.

12. Continuously improve development processes and workflows.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.

3. Strong proficiency in Node.js and React.

4. Experience with server-side CSS preprocessors (such as SASS or LESS).

5. Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.

6. Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

7. Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.

8. Understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

10. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

11. Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of self-motivation and accountability.

12. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred).

13. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
