Full Stack Engineer

We are hiring a Backend-Strong Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Python and working knowledge of React. You will build and scale backend systems powering AI-driven recruitment workflows and automation engines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop scalable backend services using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask)
• Design high-performance RESTful/GraphQL APIs
• Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
• Implement async processing (Celery, background jobs)
• Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI), embeddings, vector databases
• Contribute to frontend tasks using React when needed
• Support Docker-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines
• Deploy and monitor applications on AWS/GCP/Azure

Requirements

• 1-7 years of software development experience
• Strong Python backend expertise
• Experience with API design & backend architecture
• Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Familiarity with AI integrations (LLMs, vector DBs)
• Understanding of async programming & Git workflows

Good to Have: LangChain or similar frameworks, Docker, cloud platforms, event-driven systems, scalable architecture design.
