🚀 We're Hiring: Full Stack Developer (Laravel + React) | Binary Geckos
We're looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer with strong experience in *Laravel (PHP)* and *React.js* to join our growing team — someone who can own features end-to-end, from backend logic to frontend polish, and communicate confidently with international clients.

## About the Role
You'll build and maintain scalable web applications, work directly with APIs and cloud servers, and take ownership of features across the stack — while also reviewing code, unblocking teammates, and joining client calls when needed.
## What You'll Do
• Develop and maintain web applications using *Laravel* (backend) and *React.js* (frontend)
• Build and consume *REST APIs*, and integrate third-party APIs, packages, and services (payment gateways, shipping APIs, CRMs, etc.)
• Deploy and manage applications on *AWS* (EC2, S3, RDS) and handle server-based setup
• Design, query, and optimize *MySQL* databases
• Debug, troubleshoot, and fix bugs in existing products; write clean, well-documented code
• Review completed work, catch errors, and correct them before delivery
• Join client meetings to walk through progress, gather feedback, and align on timelines
• Support and guide newer team members when questions come up
## What We're Looking For
• *2–4 years* of hands-on full-stack experience (Laravel + React preferred)
• Strong backend knowledge of PHP, including experience across PHP 7.x/8.x and upgrading between versions
• Solid Laravel experience (Eloquent, migrations, queues, middleware, Artisan)
• Good command of React.js (hooks, components, state management, API integration)
• Experience with AWS/server-based setup — deploying, configuring, and maintaining live servers
• Basic Linux server commands (SSH, file permissions, cron jobs, logs, service restarts)
• Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs/packages via Composer/npm
• Familiarity with Git version control
• *Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)*
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A personal laptop with a reliable internet connection
## Nice to Have
• Experience reviewing others' code or mentoring junior developers
• Experience working with international clients
• Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, or Nginx/Apache configuration
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms
