Full Stack Engineer (Go + React) – Remote (GMT+0 to GMT+4)

We’re working with a fast-growing, AI-led product company building modern, scalable software used by real customers globally.

This is a remote first, high performance environment where engineers have full ownership, from idea through to production, and work closely with product to shape what gets built.

If you enjoy moving fast, building things end-to-end, and working in a genuinely product-focused team, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Build features end-to-end, from concept to production (backend, frontend, and everything in between)
• Develop APIs in Go and interfaces in React that are fast, reliable, and intuitive
• Work closely with product and contribute to product decisions, not just implementation
• Ship quickly, iterate fast, and continuously improve based on real user feedback
• Design clean, scalable systems, keeping things simple and maintainable
• Integrate with REST / GraphQL APIs, authentication flows, and third-party services
• Deploy, monitor, and improve systems in production
• Leverage AI tools (e.g. Claude Code or similar) to accelerate development and debugging
• Support users when needed, investigating issues and improving reliability

What We’re Looking For

• Experience building products in a startup or fast-paced environment
• Strong experience with Golang (backend) and React (frontend)
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools
• Solid fundamentals in software engineering and system design
• Experience with PostgreSQL and API development (REST / GraphQL)
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud environments (AWS is a plus)
• Comfortable handling production issues, debugging, and user-facing problems
• A pragmatic mindset, knowing when to go deep vs keep things simple
• Strong communication, ownership, and team collaboration
