Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will design, build, and maintain web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing user interfaces, implementing server-side logic and APIs, integrating databases, and ensuring application performance, security, and scalability. The engineer will collaborate closely with product, design, and other engineering team members to deliver high-quality features, troubleshoot issues, and improve existing systems. This is a full-time remote role, requiring effective communication, strong ownership of deliverables, and the ability to work independently in a distributed environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining both frontend and backend functionality for web applications, leveraging modern technologies such as JavaScript, React, Node.js, and various databases (including SQL and NoSQL). You will be responsible for designing efficient database schemas, optimizing queries, ensuring data integrity, and implementing security best practices. Additionally, you will create and integrate APIs, maximize application performance, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Develop and maintain applications: Design, implement, and optimize scalable and efficient backend and frontend code to support various app features and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of products.

• Ensure security and scalability: Implement security best practices to ensure that frontend and backend code are secure from external attacks and compromise. Implement coding patterns that allow for dynamic scaling of applications and services.
• Documentation: Maintain and create detailed application documentation.
• Validation and compliance: Support product validation documentation, including writing and implementing test scripts for new features and patches.
For Full-stack Engineer
• Proven experience as a full-stack developer or in a similar role.
• Strong programming skills in frontend languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, etc.
• Strong programming skills in backend languages, particularly Java (experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot is a plus).
• Strong understanding of common security patterns and best practices in software development, such as authentication, authorization, data protection, and secure-by-design patterns.
• Proficient in using debugger tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues with software.
• Proficient with secure API design principles and experience building and consuming APIs.

• (Bonus points) Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and debugging techniques to ensure code quality and reliability.
