About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Maadi. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex, scalable web applications. You will leverage your deep expertise in both frontend and backend technologies, focusing on .NET and React/Next.js, to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack web applications, ensuring high performance, security, and responsiveness .
• Frontend Excellence: Build sophisticated, interactive user interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js. Implement modern design principles, server-side rendering, and micro-frontend architectures to create seamless user experiences .
• Backend Engineering: Develop robust and scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using .NET Core and C# .
• API & Database Management: Design and integrate APIs, and work with ORM frameworks like Entity Framework to manage relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) .
• Cloud & DevOps: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment, preferably using Azure DevOps or similar tools .
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions .
• Mentorship: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence .
• Security: Ensure application and data security by implementing best practices such as OAuth2, JWT, and adhering to OWASP guidelines .

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development .
• Frontend Stack: Advanced proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js. Experience with modern CSS frameworks like TailwindCSS is a strong plus .
• Backend Stack: Strong experience in backend development with .NET Core and C# .
• API & Data: Proven experience with RESTful API design, ORM patterns (e.g., Entity Framework), and relational databases .
• DevOps: Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git .
• Architecture: Familiarity with microservices or micro-frontend architectures and scalable application design .
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred .

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure .
• Familiarity with GraphQL .
• Knowledge of DevSecOps practices .
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot .

Work Environment

• Location: Based in Maadi, Cairo .
• Model: Hybrid role, offering a balance between office and remote work, with expectations to be in the office a few days a week .
