Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead Engineer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across both front-end and back-end technologies, with hands-on experience in React, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, Azure, and modern CI/CD practices. Experience with AI development and AI tool adoption is highly preferred.

The role requires a strong technical leader who can build robust applications, design scalable architectures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
• Build dynamic, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using React.
• Develop and maintain backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Design and implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs that integrate seamlessly with front-end applications.
• Develop and optimize applications for scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to build efficient data storage solutions.
• Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Participate in AI development initiatives and leverage AI tools to improve engineering productivity.
• Implement and maintain version control using Git and support CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5–8 years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong expertise in React, including:
• Component lifecycle
• React Hooks
• State management using Redux or Context API
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• C#
• ASP.NET MVC
• ASP.NET Web API
• Entity Framework
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Experience with AI development and AI tool adoption.
• Proficiency with Git and modern version control practices.
• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of scalable application architecture and performance optimization.
