Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack (Java & Angular) Engineer to join our Flight Operations platform.

Every year, we support millions of passengers by ensuring our flight operations run seamlessly behind the scenes. From crew planning to in-flight support, technology plays a critical role in enabling our cabin and cockpit crew members to deliver a safe and exceptional travel experience.

What are you going to do?

The team focuses on Crew Pre- and OnFlight support, developing and maintaining several crew applications and event-based systems/APIs for our cabin & cockpit crew members, currently working on modernization of our crew journey. We offer a vibrant and innovative environment and chance to work on greenfield and existing applications and applications from the very early phases.

Your profile

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with strong experience in both backend and frontend development.
• Excellent knowledge of Java (17+) and the Spring Boot ecosystem.
• Experience developing applications using Angular.
• Proven experience building and maintaining distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Solid understanding of API design, microservices, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
• Experience working with cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies, preferably Kubernetes.
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and modern DevOps practices, including GitHub Actions and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe) with a focus on continuous delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
