Job Description This is a remote position. We are seeking a Regular Full Stack Developer (Java/Kotlin) to join a development team responsible for maintaining and enhancing a well-established financial platform serving wealth management institutions across the DACH region. As part of an experienced team, you will work on a mature Financial CRM, advisory support platform, and client portal used by financial services organizations. The role focuses on extending and customizing existing functionalities, debugging business processes, resolving production issues, and contributing to the continued evolution of a stable, business-critical product. Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer, Java Developer, or Kotlin Developer Good knowledge of frontend web application development Very good knowledge of CSS and HTML Practical experience with JavaScript Experience working with Java or Kotlin on the backend side Knowledge of Kotlin or willingness to develop expertise in this technology Ability to use Java/Kotlin debuggers and analyze existing codebases Experience in developing and maintaining existing applications Knowledge of the Spring Framework Experience with Git Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently German language proficiency at C1 level or higher (mandatory) due to daily communication and collaboration within a German-speaking project team Polish language proficiency at B1 level or higher Nice to Have Experience with Vaadin Experience in Full Stack Kotlin projects Experience in the banking or financial services sector Understanding of wealth management processes and products Familiarity with reactive data models Experience working with monolithic business applications Knowledge of Spring Boot Experience with jOOQ Experience with Aspose or similar document generation libraries Benefits A 12-month engagement with a strong possibility of extension Remote work with occasional visits to the office and the client site.
