Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features across a modern healthcare platform. Build scalable, maintainable services using microservices, CQRS, event sourcing, and DDD principles. Contribute to architectural decisions and produce clear technical designs. Develop front-end components using Angular, TypeScript, Cypress, and Playwright. Implement robust back-end services using .NET 10.0 and C#. Work with Azure cloud services (App Service, Web Jobs, Application Insights, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, Azure SQL). Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-impact healthcare solutions. Join on-call rotations (approx. 8 weeks/year), with generous compensation. Requirements Minimum 4+ years of experience in a similar Full Stack or Software Engineering role. Strong understanding of software design, design patterns, and SOLID principles . Experience writing clear and effective technical designs. Hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript , Cypress, Playwright. Strong back-end experience with .NET 10.0 and C# . Practical experience with Azure cloud services. Comfortable working in Agile environments. Familiarity with or strong interest in Domain‑Driven Design. Willingness to participate in on-call duties.
