Full-Stack Platform Lead

🚀 We're hiring: Full-Stack Platform Lead (Remote | 3-Month Contract)

Our client is a growing SaaS company building an AI-powered platform that helps military members translate their experience into stronger civilian career opportunities — resume optimization, interview prep, and personalized guidance, all in one product.

We're looking for a senior, hands-on engineer to take ownership of an existing production platform: stabilize core systems, strengthen security and multi-tenant architecture, and help shape the next phase of AI-driven features.

🔧 What you'll own:

• Full architecture analysis of a live, in-production SaaS platform
• Multi-tenant security, RBAC, and tenant isolation
• Authentication, SSO reliability, and session management
• AI-powered career tools: resume optimization, ATS matching, interview coaching
• OCR/document-processing workflows
• CI/CD, release safety, observability, and monitoring

React • TypeScript • Python • FastAPI • PostgreSQL • Azure App Services • Azure AI Services • OpenAI Integrations • GitHub Actions • CI/CD

✅ We're looking for demonstrated depth, not familiarity:

• Strong production experience with SaaS applications and multi-tenant architecture
• LLM-enabled product systems: prompt design, evaluation, safety/abuse handling, cost & latency management
• Automated testing across unit, API, integration, and browser layers
• A track record you can show us — GitHub repos, technical portfolio, case studies, or platform stabilization projects

📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST

📍 Remote | 3-month contract
