Titles matter less than impact here.\ \ This is a high-agency role. You architect solutions, ship features to production, and shape product direction directly. We want someone who enjoys hard problems, moves fast without breaking trust, and cares about the people on the other side of the screen.  ## **What you’ll do** * Design, build, and maintain scalable features across the workflow builder, API, and durable runtime * Build and integrate APIs for financial data processing and automation * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improvements * Work with AI/ML models to enhance automation capabilities * Turn messy real-world finance processes into clean, reliable automated workflows * Own performance, correctness, and observability of the systems you ship * Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code and participate in code reviews * Debug and resolve complex technical issues across the full stack ## **What we’re looking for** * S3+ years building and shipping full-stack web applications * Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js * Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) * Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture * Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines * Experience with AI/ML integration and data processing preferred * Fintech or financial systems experience is a plus * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceYou don’t need to check every box.
