About the Program

At Internmo, we're doing things differently. This isn't a traditional job or a standard internship—it’s an open collaboration program designed for aspiring fullstack web developers to gain hands-on, real-world experience. If you are self-taught, a boot-camp graduate, a student, or transitioning careers, this is a space for you to write actual production code, connect the frontend with the backend, build your portfolio, and learn by doing alongside our team.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Development: Build responsive user interfaces on the frontend and connect them seamlessly to server-side logic and databases on the backend.
• API Design & Integration: Create, maintain, and consume robust RESTful or GraphQL APIs to ensure smooth data communication across the stack.
• Database Management: Design database schemas, write efficient queries, and ensure efficient, secure storage of application data.
• Collaborate & Deploy: Use Git and GitHub to manage version control, participate in collaborative code reviews, and assist in deploying updates to live environments.

Who You Are

• Passionate about full-stack engineering and eager to learn (no specific computer science degree required).
• Comfortable writing code on both sides of the stack (e.g., HTML/CSS/JavaScript for frontend; Node.js, Python, or Java for backend).
• Familiar with relational or non-relational databases (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
• Bonus points: If you have built projects using modern stacks (like MERN, PERN, or Django+React), understand authentication patterns, or have deployed a live application to AWS, Vercel, or Render.
• Curious, driven, and comfortable asking questions.
