Full-Stack Web & Mobile Developer (Contract, Remote)

We're hiring a developer who can work across the full stack on web and mobile projects. TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node, and at least one mobile framework (React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android).

You need to use AI tools in your workflow. Cursor, Copilot, Claude, whatever you prefer. We care that you use them to move faster and catch problems, not which ones you pick.

What we're looking for:

We want someone who doesn't need to be managed. You get a problem, you figure out how to solve it, you ask the right questions when something's unclear, and you ship. If that sounds lonely instead of freeing, this isn't the right fit.

Competency matters more to us than credentials. We don't care where you went to school or how many years show up on your resume. We care whether you can take a loosely defined feature, break it down, build it, and tell us when it's done.

We're not looking for someone to do a quick project and disappear. We want to find one person (maybe two) and work with them for a long time. That means we'll start with a project to see how we work together. If it goes well, there's steady, ongoing work.

What you'll do:

Build and maintain web applications (TypeScript, React, Node). Build and maintain mobile apps. Integrate APIs and third party services. Use AI tools as part of how you write and review code. Communicate clearly in writing when something is blocked, broken, or unclear

Compensation: $15/hour
