About the job At SEB Corporate Finance, you will experience how advisory services are handled at the highest professional level. Your tasks will include: Information gathering and processing for company, industry and market analyses Corporate valuations and financial analyses Preparation of company presentations, board presentations, investor materials, etc. Participation in the execution of live M&A and ECM projects Interaction with other SEB teams as well as external stakeholders The role is based in Copenhagen, but frequent interactions with international colleagues during e.g., cross-border transactions should be expected. The candidate has zero-to-two-year full-time experience from a similar position. We expect that the candidate has completed a master’s degree within economics or finance (e.g., cand.polit. or cand.merc.) at the top 10% of their class. The candidate must be fluent in Danish and English, both written and orally. Further, we expect you to: Be ambitious, dedicated and outgoing with a genuine interest in corporate finance Have a strong level of numeracy and analytical, as well as communicative, skills Be willing to learn and constantly develop your skill set Work in a methodical and structured way with a focus on quality, details and deadlines Experience from a similar role in investment banking, management consulting, private equity or corporate positions with exposure to corporate finance related tasks is strongly preferred.
