From fans who have questions about how to use our site to those who need help selling a ticket, we are ready to help everyone in need. Helping our customers solve these problems is something we value a lot and it’s crucial to build trust and loyalty.
Our Customer Support is the front line. Dealing with fan's questions via phone, chat and email quickly and effectively is one of our key strengths. Therefore, we are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Hero who will be responsible for providing the best customer service to our Dutch speaking fans!

As a Customer Support agent, you’ll be on the front line of the TicketSwap experience. You’ll help fans with questions via chat, email and phone, and you do this with great enthusiasm.
In addition, you will:
Fix sellers' mistakes and finding ways to avoid this in the future
Achieve goals regarding customer satisfaction and productivity, in order to contribute to company wide targets
Use Intercom to manage conversations and keep communication smooth
Spot recurring issues and share insights with the wider CX team
Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality support
Occasionally support during peak moments or holidays (like King’s Day), when the events world is buzzing
Native level Dutch and fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
Some experience working in an office or professional environment, even better if it’s in a customer support role
Comfortable talking to customers via chat, email, and phone
Calm, clear, and friendly communicator, even in stressful situations
Available full-time (40 hours) and based in or near Amsterdam
You are stress-resistant and embrace changes;
You like a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
Experience with tools like Intercom or similar support software is a plus
Interest in live events, music, sports, or culture

Location: Amsterdam (office-first, hybrid possible)
Salary: You would start with a salary of €2675,- gross per month based on 40h a week (excl. holiday allowance)
40 hours a week: 9:00–18:00, Monday to Friday
Evenings: 1 evening shift from 12:00-21:00
Weekends: No weekend shifts (those are covered by part-timers)
Holidays: Occasionally working on peak event days (e.g. King’s Day)
Contract: Full-time, 7 months with the intention to extend
