We're an operational, content-led business growing our creative team to keep pace with new program launches and campaigns. Role Overview We're hiring a full-time Graphic Designer/Video Editor who can move fluidly between static design and short-form video across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Responsibilities Design social media graphics for campaigns, program launches, and day-to-day content Edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and support longer-form video projects Maintain visual consistency with NTK's brand system across all platforms Collaborate with the content and marketing team on campaign rollouts How to Apply Submit your portfolio along with a completed design assignment (details below). Design Assignment Design a launch package for a new NTK program: Blind Debate — Season 1 . (AI Generated Designs will NOT be accepted) What is Blind Debate? A debate-style program where participants don't know their opponent when they start. 20 children ages 13–16 face off across 10 episodes, narrowing down to a single winner by the finale. Deliverables: Instagram post (static or motion) YouTube thumbnail TikTok cover page Brand guardrails: Colors: Teal #21ADA8 , Deep Purple #3D195B Font: Montserrat or Cocon Tone: bold, confident, a little dramatic — a "showdown" feel, not a standard tutoring post Requirements Strong portfolio in social-first graphic design and video editing Comfortable with both static and motion design Platform-specific design experience for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut Pro Working knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator or Canva Pro Reliable, strong internet access (this is a remote role with regular video export/upload needs) Ability to manage deadlines independently and turn around work quickly across multiple platforms Awareness of current Reels/TikTok trends and formats Bonus: experience with diaspora, education, or edtech brands Benefits Base Salary: ₦250,000 gross pay per month Performance Bonuses 14 days annual leave Career growth opportunities and professional development support 5 working days a week
