Your role Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LICSW) Your day-to-day expectations Provid e services via the Televero Telehealth platform, both live and offline Maintain a high quality of care consistent with the practice’s goals When not treating patients, assisting with, but not limited to, developing our behavioral health practice to include protocol development, training, and engaging in clinical behavioral health discussions with prospective clients Take notes and assign billing codes within the EMR, including no-shows Closeout documentation within twenty-four hours of the patient encounter Review and interpret any patient assessments that we use in the practice Attend monthly peer, supervisory, and educational meetings Your workday This position is 100% virtual. We are open from 6 :00 am to 6 :00 pm P ST, Monday through Sunday. This position is full-time at 40 hours per week. We will work with you to ensure a flexible schedule. We will ask you to include availability in your schedule for two evenings (5:00 PM-8:00 PM) or one weekend day. This role reports to Televero's Director of Counseling. Experience to t hrive Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related field. Completion of CSWE-accredited Master of Social Work or Counseling program. Active LMHC or LICSW License in Washington. Foundations for s uccess R esponsive , strong communication both written and verbally. A c ulturally aware and inclusive mindset in every interaction. Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach Effective time management and organization in a virtual environment. Reliable internet connection and confident navigating technology – including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Teams). EMR experience and ability to navigate evolving systems.
