Fullstack-Developer – 100% Remote

We're seeking experienced Fullstack or Backend-Developers with a strong systems-design mindset to join our fully remote team. If you like complexity, enjoy thinking hard about data, scale and reliability, want to implement AI-solutions and enjoy working with Claude/Cursor/Codex, this could be the right role for you. What you'll do Develop and maintain our web application across the full stack — from UI to backend logic Build and ship product features across our modules: ticketing, documents, knowledgebase, team communication Connect frontend and backend through clean APIs and well-structured data flows Build robust pipelines for document- & email processing and 3rd-party integrations Build and optimize agents for our growing template library Operate in an AI-first development setup powered by Claude/Cursor Manage version control and team collaboration via GitHub Our techstack Backend: TypeScript Frontend: Nextjs, React, Tailwind, shadcn/ui Database: We don't want to disclose this publicly at the moment About Us We are a German automation agency turned into a SaaS with our product hausverwalter.ai . Most Germany property managers work with 5-10 software tools daily. Our goal is to replace them all, while also building autonomous agents right into the software. Salary $1000 - $3000 per month before taxes. Very flexible working hours The freedom (and responsibility) to design and implement your own features If a long-term remote position at a structured, growing company sounds like what you're after, we'd be glad to receive your application. 3+ years building production web backends or full-stack apps — you’ve owned schema design, indexing, and query performance, not only CRUD on existing models Solid backend and systems-design experience – you can design a database from the ground up (tables, relationships, indexes) and reason about database load, query performance and data growth, not just write CRUD against an existing schema Comfort with queues, background jobs and long-running workflows, and the judgment to make the hard design trade-offs they involve You treat reliability, scalability and maintainability as default concerns. If you've read "Designing Data-Intensive Applications" (Kleppmann) – or simply think that way – you'll feel right at home here Solid English for async remote collaboration; German not required You work autonomously and take full ownership of your tasks Comfortable working under performance pressure Quick on the uptake and a disciplined approach to your work Please note that the application form on the next page is in German.
