About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our Multibanking team at Haufe Group. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining our innovative multibanking platform, a cloud-based web application that handles high-volume financial transactions securely and efficiently. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of software developers, UX/UI designers, product owners, and agile coaches to create seamless user experiences and robust backend systems. Your contributions will directly impact the financial lives of thousands of customers by enabling them to perform transactions smoothly and reliably. Qualifications
The ideal candidate possesses several years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, with a passion for building modern banking software that delights users. You should have a solid understanding of working on complex software systems within larger organizations or be eager to gain such experience. Proficiency in frontend development using React and TypeScript is essential, along with backend expertise in Spring Boot (Java) and relational databases such as PostgreSQL. Familiarity with cloud environments, particularly microservices architectures on AWS (including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda), is highly desirable. You value clean code, test-driven development, and agile methodologies as fundamental to effective software engineering. Fluency in German at C2 level is required for seamless communication within the team and during meetings.
Responsibilities
