Fullstack Developer - Web & Mobile (React/Next.js/Expo)

We are a tech company focused on digital entertainment services, with a strong commitment to innovation, artificial intelligence and the creation of new digital products. We’re looking for a React Fullstack Developer to join our Product Tech team, driving the evolution of our content portals and digital applications across more than 20 countries.

Your Role

• Build and evolve digital products for web and mobile using Next.js and Expo.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of international content portals and apps.
• Develop new digital products for multiple markets and platforms.
• Work with a web‑first approach, creating solid web solutions that can evolve into mobile apps when needed.
• Design and implement reusable, scalable and maintainable components with a strong focus on performance, accessibility and UX.
• Work fullstack, connecting frontend, mobile apps, APIs, backend services and external systems.
• Participate in technical architecture decisions, standards definition and best practices.
• Coordinate and support small external development teams to ensure alignment, quality and on‑time delivery.
• Review code, validate technical solutions and help unblock issues during development.
• Connect to Linux servers when needed to review logs, diagnose incidents or validate deployments.
• Ensure best practices in security, authentication, token/session management and API communication.
• Deliver stable builds to QA, reducing defects and improving the release process.
• Use advanced AI development tools (code assistants, agents, documentation generators, testing automation, error analysis, etc.).
• Participate in agile ceremonies, communicating progress, blockers and risks clearly.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional experience building web and mobile products with React, TypeScript, Next.js and Expo.
• Advanced knowledge of modern frontend development (components, hooks, state management, performance, architecture).
• Experience building web products with Next.js (routing, API consumption, modern rendering, i18n, deployments).
• Experience building and maintaining mobile apps with Expo.
• Knowledge of Expo SDK (expo-router, expo-updates, expo-notifications, expo-auth-session, etc.).
• Experience with Expo EAS (builds, submits, OTA updates, environment management).
• Fullstack mindset with ability to work with APIs, backend services and databases.
• Practical backend experience with Node.js, plus PHP or equivalent technologies.
• Ability to connect to Linux servers, review logs and diagnose service issues.
• Experience with Git workflows, pull requests and collaborative development.
• Knowledge of App Store and Google Play deployments.
• Familiarity with testing, QA, debugging, monitoring and performance analysis.
• Experience using AI tools for development (Antigravity, Cursor, Cline, Claude Code, agents, MCPs, etc.).
• Ability to coordinate small technical teams, especially external or international resources.
• Strong technical judgment, autonomy and results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• High level of English for daily communication with international teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience in environments combining web, mobile and backend development.
• Background in international digital products, content portals, entertainment services, subscription or multi‑country distribution.
• Experience leading technical deliveries end‑to‑end.
• Ability to translate business needs into pragmatic technical solutions.
• Continuous improvement mindset, automation and smart use of AI tools.
• Experience working with external providers or distributed teams.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, automated deployments, observability, analytics, tracking or digital monetization.
