We are looking for an experienced, AI-fluent Full-Stack Engineer to drive the modernization and modular decomposition of an enterprise fleet management platform, focusing on a complex Supply Chain domain. Working in a co-delivery model alongside engineering teams at a global consulting firm, you will bridge robust backend services with modern frontend architectures while actively integrating AI-assisted development tools into your daily workflow to accelerate high-quality software delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications and RESTful APIs using .NET, C#, and React.
• Taking end-to-end ownership of frontend feature delivery and contributing to microfrontend architectures and enterprise React single-page applications.
• Building high-performance data-access components using Entity Framework, Dapper, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB.
• Driving the modular decomposition and architectural modernization of large enterprise monolithic systems.
• Actively leveraging AI-assisted engineering tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate application design, refactoring, unit/integration testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Rigorously validating AI-generated code for security, correctness, and adherence to clean architecture and enterprise standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven full-stack track record with commercial expertise in .NET/C#, Microsoft Azure, and hands-on React development.
• Consultant mindset: proactive collaborator, strong communicator, and comfortable navigating complex domain logic and co-delivery setups.
• Strong grounding in software quality, automated testing, API design, and modular/domain-driven architectures.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or fleet management platforms is a strong plus.

Must-Haves:

• Strong commercial development experience in .NET, C#, and React.
• Hands-on Microsoft Azure ecosystem experience (Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, cloud deployment).
• Practical proficiency with Entity Framework, Dapper, and API design/consumption.
• Proven practical use of AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) integrated into the regular engineering SDLC.
• Fluent English communication skills for daily cross-functional collaboration.

Location & Working Setup:

• 100% Remote working model (Candidates must be living and working within the EU)
• US Hours overlap needed: Minimum 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM CET.
• Availability for quarterly 1–3 day team workshops/gatherings in Prague (all travel and accommodation expensed).
