About the role You'll ensure stable releases across multiple OPS Tech streams by owning testing quality for complex business processes, integrations, and rapid product changes — through hands-on testing and Kotlin-based API automation. What you'll do: Test web applications in Creatio-based systems Run manual and automated testing across APIs, databases, backend services, and integrations Extend our existing Kotlin-based automation framework by adding new tests and following established patterns What you'll own: Own end-to-end quality for your product area across Creatio-based solutions Validate APIs, backend integrations, business rules, and data consistency Analyze new features from product, technical, and user-risk perspectives before testing begins Participate in technical reviews, sprint planning, grooming, and requirements discussions to identify risks, clarify acceptance criteria, and shape the testing approach Design, maintain, and execute test cases for new and existing features Build and maintain API automated tests using the existing Kotlin-based framework Analyze logs, database records, and system behavior to identify, reproduce, and document defects Work closely with developers, analysts, product managers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver stable releases and improve testing coverage What makes you a strong fit: 2+ years of experience in QA automation for backend/API-focused systems Ability to work with Kotlin and contribute to existing automated test suites Strong hands-on experience in manual testing of web applications, APIs, and microservices Experience writing and running SQL queries for data validation Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and testing types: smoke, regression, functional, integration Ability to analyze requirements, identify risks, and propose a practical testing strategy Good to have: Experience testing CRM or BPM platforms, preferably Creatio Experience testing applications at a financial institution Experience writing UI automated tests What we offer Ownership and flexibility Stock option plan — four-year vesting with a 25% cliff after the first year Fully remote work with core collaboration hours from 13:00 to 19:00 Manila time (UTC+8) Company-provided tools and equipment Health and time off Medical insurance support for you and your family through co-funding or reimbursement, depending on your location and subject to policy limits Access to an internal mental health support specialist 22 vacation days, Philippine public holidays, and 15 sick days Growth and team experience Opportunities to learn and share your expertise through internal expert meetups, external conferences, speaking opportunities, and industry publications Company-sponsored trips to Manila to meet and work with your team in person High-performing teams can earn a dedicated beach house week in Southeast Asia We believe strong teams are built by people with different backgrounds, experiences, and points of view.
