Apply Description Voted one of Chicago's Best Places to Work by the Chicago Tribune for the ninth year in a row, Clarity Partners is hiring! Clarity Partners is seeking a FullStack Software Developer local to Richmond, VA . In this role, you will work alongside a team of software developers and domain experts to design and develop custom web-based applications for our client, using the Microsoft .NET framework, Angular, and SQL Server. This position follows a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, enterprise-grade web applications using the Microsoft .NET framework and Angular. • Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code, adhering to software engineering best practices and architectural standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate technical specifications into high-quality software solutions. • Own features across the full software development lifecycle — design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. • Develop and maintain database-driven applications using Microsoft SQL Server. • Write, troubleshoot, and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and other database objects. • Participate in system design discussions and contribute to technical architecture decisions. • Support all phases of application development, including requirements gathering, documentation, testing, integration, and production support. • Work effectively both independently and within Agile/Scrum and waterfall team environments. Requirements Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MIS, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience). • 5+ years of professional experience developing full stack applications within the Microsoft .NET ecosystem, including Angular. • Strong hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET (.NET Framework or .NET Core), Entity Framework, Angular, and Microsoft SQL Server (Knockout.js experience a plus). • Solid understanding of relational database design, normalization, and transaction management. • Experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning. • Proven experience building data-driven web applications. • Strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams. • Experience with both Agile/Scrum and waterfall development methodologies. • Experience building secure, scalable enterprise applications. • Consulting or client-facing experience preferred. • Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Clarity is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For the FullStack Software Developer, the base salary range $100,000 - $120,000. The range represents a good faith estimate that Clarity reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of posting.
