We're currently looking for Multilingual Croatian & Slovenian speakers to join a growing customer support team.

Whether you're based in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Burgas, Veliko Tarnovo, or a small town in Bulgaria – as long as you have a reliable internet connection, you're welcome to apply.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting customers via phone, email, and chat

• Assisting with everyday questions and requests

• Providing friendly and professional service

• Working with internal systems and maintaining accurate information

• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience

What we're looking for:

✔ C1-C2 Croatian & Slovenian

✔ Good command of English

✔ Good communication skills

✔ Customer-oriented mindset

✔ Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment

No extensive experience required. The role is entry-level friendly and full training is provided.
