You’ll work with Europe’s most driven entrepreneurs. These are high-level founders, investors, and CEOs who don’t need task-doers - they need partners. People who anticipate problems, manage moving pieces, and make things happen.

Your day-to-day impact:

• Admin Support: Manage inboxes, calendars, prep meetings, organize files
• Project Coordination: Assist with events, tasks, project tracking
• Research & Data: Dig up insights, write proposals, analyze information
• Personal Assistance: Organize travel, shop for gifts, plan special events

You'll free up 60+ hours/month for your clients, so they can stay focused on building and scaling their business.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 40h/week availability (160h/month)
• Fluent English (C2 level speaking & writing)
• EU-based
• Prior remote or office work experience
• Tools: G-Suite, Slack, Asana, WhatsApp, etc.
• You're already using AI tools like ChatGPT (and know how to make them work for you)
• High attention to detail + ability to move fast
• OK with both strategic and repetitive tasks
• Solid common sense, proactivity, and self-management
• Own a solid laptop/PC and stable internet
