Opportunity: Functional Consultant – PCG’s Infor’s CloudSuite Industrial/Syteline Consulting Team - Location : PCG employees can reside anywhere in the US. Travel to customer sites will be required We’re seeking an Infor CloudSuite Industrial/Syteline Planning/Scheduling Consultant to implement, optimize, and support the Infor CSI (Syteline) ERP system for our clients. This consultant will work with clients to understand business processes, translate needs into functional requirements, and configure Syteline modules. Responsibilities : Conduct client workshops and interviews to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Syteline configurations and customizations Perform activities specific to the implementation and support of the planning and scheduling modules Configure Syteline modules to align with client business processes, ensuring optimal system functionality Identify, analyze, and resolve functional issues and problems within the Syteline system Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure project success Identify opportunities to enhance business processes and utilize Syteline capabilities to boost efficiency and optimize performance Contribute to project planning, risk assessment, and change management activities. Willingness to travel when required by the customer Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant related to Infor CSI (Syteline) ERP implementation and support, specifically with planning and scheduling operations A strong understanding of business domains and functional knowledge, particularly within manufacturing environments Good knowledge of Infor Syteline modules, configurations, and transaction processes Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues Preferred Experience: Experience with the Mongoose framework and CSI customization tools (IDOs, Application Events, Forms) Working knowledge of SQL Server Familiarity with multi-tenant (cloud) CSI deployments Exposure to tools like Factory Track, Birst, or other relevant third-party integrations Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
