This is a remote position based in Ireland, offering the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with a talented international team.

The Role

As a Fund Accounting Manager, you will lead and develop a dedicated fund accounting team, manage key client relationships, and ensure the highest standards of accuracy and compliance across all fund operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact.
• Supervise and support the fund accounting team to deliver within a robust control environment.
• Review and approve daily and monthly NAV calculations.
• Oversee cash and position reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of aged items.
• Review fee calculations, profit and loss allocations, and performance reports.
• Manage the audit process and ensure timely completion of fund financial statements.
• Support client onboarding, transitions, and the implementation of new products.
• Continuously enhance workflows, controls, and efficiency within NAV processes.

About You

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Legal discipline.
• 7+ years’ experience in fund accounting or fund administration.
• Proven team leadership and people management experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
